I graduated from Jilin University in 2008 and began my career in a multinational company, focusing on human resources for ten years. I was fortunate during this time, with a role or position change every 2–3 years, allowing me to meet a group of wonderful, supportive colleagues. I worked on various projects - some challenging, others transformative - that kept every day exciting and fresh.
Moonshot Academy is my second employer. In 2019, I joined Moonshot Academy as part of the Organization Development team. Alongside my HR responsibilities, I explored a variety of roles and experiences, which I won’t elaborate on here. Change has been a constant in my career, and it’s something I wholeheartedly embrace.
