Grade 1 Homeroom Teacher

Graduating from Beijing Foreign Studies University, she absorbed a wealth of knowledge during her undergraduate years. After graduation, instead of jumping straight into work, she stepped into a brand-new role - a mother. Through the time spent with her child, she realized her boundless love for children and the education field, thus embarking on a challenging yet fulfilling journey of educating others! Up to now, she has accumulated over 15 years of experience in the education field and is determined that this will be the career she will strive for all her life.

As the homeroom teacher of Grade 1 at Moonshot, she is responsible for the daily teaching and class management of students. In the classroom, she is committed to creating a dynamic, attractive, and well-ordered learning environment, enabling every student to fully engage in learning. She endeavors to foster a warm and supportive atmosphere, where learners can feel respected and valued, and thus be highly motivated to pursue knowledge.

Her strengths lie in curriculum design and facilitating students' growth. In terms of curriculum design, she gives full play to her creativity. By combining subject knowledge with students' interests and characteristics, she elaborately creates innovative and appealing courses, making learning vivid and interesting. When it comes to students' growth, she pays close attention to the uniqueness of each child, adapts teaching methods to individual students, provides personalized guidance, and helps them make continuous progress in academic performance and personal qualities. Her area of interest focuses on enhancing students' learning enthusiasm and participation through diverse teaching methods. She particularly advocates project-based learning to guide students to exercise their comprehensive abilities in practical projects.

She firmly believes that every child is a unique individual, with infinite potential and a distinct growth rhythm. Education is by no means merely confined to academic achievements. What's more important is to inspire them to constantly discover and explore themselves, to become confident and independent thinkers and speakers! This is of utmost importance in our entire life development, as it will provide children with an inexhaustible internal driving force for their future study and life.
