She graduated from Northeastern University, majoring in E-commerce, but after graduation, she chose the education industry, in which her passion is, and has 8 years of experience in innovative education. She has successively served as the project director for the IDEAS Camp Education, senior product manager for the New Oriental Cultural and Tourism Company, and user product operations for ByteDance's education segment.
She is in charge of the overall planning of the experiential learning center for primary and middle school. This department is dedicated to supporting learners' development beyond academics, mainly including community events, after-school clubs, house events, and experiential learning projects. It provides a diversified scenario for learners to explore personal interests, understand themselves, and engage in teamwork, allowing learners to focus on themselves while also paying attention to the world around them and beyond.
She focuses on the exploration and work of experiential learning, project-based learning, and service learning. In life, she enjoys musicals, traveling, and table games, and she likes to explore the meaning of life.
She agrees with the concept that "life is education," and that everywhere is a place for creation and everyone is a creator. She hopes to establish a relatively comprehensive system of experiential learning in primary and middle school at Moonshot, which will help learners achieve "self-enrichment."
