With over ten years of experience in administration and human resources, I was fortunate to join the passionate team of TanYue in 2022, embarking on a brand new journey.
I am in charge of various work closely related to the vital interests of our colleagues, such as handling the five social insurances and one housing fund, work residence permits, settlement for overseas students, points-based household registration, and salary payment. During work, I am sensitive to the needs of employees and promptly help them solve problems. In this way, the care of the school is subtly conveyed to the hearts of our colleagues, effectively enhancing the teachers' loyalty and sense of honor towards the school and injecting a strong impetus into the school's development.
What appeals to me most is the return of education to its essence and the inclusive great love. I have received an abundance of love here. From the school's philosophy and department management to the interactions among colleagues, it is like a vast ocean that accommodates the surging of all rivers, greeting all people and affairs with a broad embrace, regardless of whether they are clear or muddy. When it comes to handling problems, we also embrace each other with an open and friendly attitude, truly achieving: starting from the heart and illuminating the pattern of the world. Moreover, it paves a solid and warm growth path for the future of learners.
