She graduated with a Master's degree in Teaching Chinese as a foreign language from Capital Normal University and has 12 years of teaching experience. She has worked successively at the New Oriental Education Technology Group, the National Confucius Institute (Hanban), and the Peking University Affiliated Education Group. She also served as the Head of the Primary School Division at the Peking University Affiliated School in Tianjin Dongli Lake.
Currently, she holds the position of Assistant Principal of the Primary & Middle School, primarily supporting the development and academic growth of learners. In the academic field, while ensuring rigorous subject teaching, she develops various integrated project courses to ensure the development of learners' cognitive abilities and create opportunities to connect with the real world, allowing learners to apply their knowledge and skills within the community and make an impact. In the field of learner development, she focuses on the growth of learners, provides a platform for them to explore their interests through courses that pay more attention to their social-emotional skills and a variety of activities, and gradually guides learners to become self-directed.
