“I believe that every student has unique potential and deserves an engaging, supportive learning environment that fosters their creativity and critical thinking. My philosophy centers around the idea that education should not only impart knowledge but also cultivate a love for learning and empower students to express themselves. At MSA, I hope to achieve a vibrant performing arts program that emphasizes inclusivity and creative exploration. I aim to inspire students to discover their voices through music, drama, and dance while fostering collaboration and respect among peers. By integrating innovative teaching methods and incorporating diverse cultural perspectives, I aspire to create a curriculum that resonates with students' interests and backgrounds.”
