“It is a fact that our world is fast evolving, and so is the educational system, therefore we have to keep pace or we'll be left behind. With that in mind, I keep an open approach to flexibility and resiliency. Beyond the basics of content, learning has to focus on skills necessary for future success. However, no one is sure of what the future may look like. Therefore, students have to learn to be adaptable and resilient to changes and challenges. Sounds like Charles Darwin's Theory of Natural Selection. I firmly believe that if students have the skills of critical thinking, communication (intrapersonal and interpersonal), and collaboration then they can thrive in any environment and work towards achieving their potential.
I hope to make a difference while I am here in Moonshot be it in the lives of the students or any other adult I interact with.”
