At MSA, I define my work by three keywords: challenging, interesting, and free from worry.
Challenging: My goal is to help each teacher understand and achieve our common goals. It's a constant pursuit of excellence, and that's why I love this job.
Interesting: Our team consists of foreign teachers from all over the world, who bring a colorful educational and cultural background. Getting a deep understanding of each teacher's needs and providing the resources and help needed requires more communication and collaboration. This process often leads to new sparks.
Free from worry: Our teachers are experienced, responsible, and professional. Each of them is able to take on responsibility independently and is an indispensable member of the team. They are never satisfied with the status quo and are always open to trying new methods and ideas. It gives me confidence in everyone on the team.
